After a kick-off meeting, attended by Mihaela Anclin and Franja Centrih, a director of UPI Žalec, we have prepared a questionnaire for educators. We sent it to partners in order to comment it and make suggestions. By the end of March the questionnaire was finalized and accepted by all the partners. After translating the questionnaire to Slovenian language, a call for replies via e-mail was sent during the first week of April 2018 to our educators and volunteers whom we are currently work with: 26 respondents properly answered it.

Furhermore, we are preparing – adapting a tool for adult learners (interview protocol) that will help them to identify and reflect on the outcomes of their learning and working experiences.
In May, we asked adult educators interested in attending a workshop to know more about the topic. This workshop was focused on (1) instruments that could motivate learners to develop, identify and reflect on the outcomes of their learning and working experiences; and on (2) identification of their needs for the training workshop. Aditionally, adult learners will be invited personally and via mediators to participate in interviews, which will be carried out in May.

In May 2018, 2 participants (Mihaela Anclin and Darja Lužnik) attended the meeting in Marseille. At the meeting, they have presented the results of questionnaire for educators.
In July 2018 we have presented the project CCCWA to the Assemly of our educators and volunteers and invited them to participated in our call for tender (with specific criterion) regarding their attendance at training course in October 2018.
In July/August we have prepared a short google questionnaire about project evaluation for project partners and some general instructions, issues about the quaity and evaluation of it.
In August we have selected 5 participants that applied to the call for tender (Darja Lužnik, Petra Kačičnik Škof, Lidija Koceli, Slađana Despotović, Cvetka Mastnak Čulk) and carried out a workshop for them to explain the project and needs from them. Mihaela Anclin managed the logistics the travelling.
In September we’ve published information about our institution and selected participants of a training course short profiles on project’s blog.
In order to achieve project’s goals we’ll organize additional meeting with participants of a training course to discuss their needs and expectations from training course and their contribution to the content of the course (eg. their prior experiences with portfolios).
