Este workshop pretende introduzir algumas técnicas inerentes à criação de um portefólio, neste caso, aplicado à procura de emprego. Para este efeito, e utilizando técnicas práticas, serão usados materiais conhecidos dos participantes de forma a criar um CV alternativo, sendo previsível que os materiais que façam nos workshops iniciais (a saber: Experimentar a Tipografia; Experimentar a Serigrafia; Mosaicos Sonoros e Encadernação) sejam um dos pontos iniciais para a criação do portefólio. Assim, os formandos poderão criar o seu próprio portefólio com a finalidade de o poder usar em futuros recrutamentos ou feiras de emprego, elencando os seus pontos fortes e skills no âmbito das artes.
This workshop aim is to introduce some of the techniques of the construction of an e- portfolio applied to a job search. For that, and using practical techniques such the use of blank paper, fabrics, crayons, organic materials, and materials known by the trainees, we will create an alternative CV: a Working E-Portfolio. It is predictable that the trainees can use the pieces they´ve done previously in the first workshops. Then, the trainees could make their own working portfolio that can be use in job fairs and recruitment where they can show their own art skills.
About The Facilitator: Mariana Gonçalves
With a degree in Criminology and a master in International Relations, i have work experience in the legal area in the field of prevention and harm reduction of drug use in youth. I also have experience in the employment area, working with public employment measures in Portugal and in a center of professional learning. I’ve done various volunteering work in challenging communities. I also have worked in intervention with adolescents and young adults in impoverish communities in social neighborhoods in Oporto. My skills for this project are the ability to share active job search techniques as well as make personal plans of appropriate training to vulnerable groups according to their needs. I also have personal skills in creative writing and theater.
Concerning to the general objective of conducting sessions with adult learners, taking lifelong learning as a guideline, I added the skills that can be an asset to this project as a trainer of it, namely in the context of employment policies in force as well as the transmission of knowledge of job search techniques and cultural / social forum activities with students with regard to personal presentations in the field of employment.
